Dan Drown, CIH, CSP, has over 39 years of broad-based U.S. and international experience in occupational safety and health, industrial hygiene, auditing, safety and environmental management systems. During the last 15 years he has built a very successful consulting practice. He effectively establishes and leads team initiatives and projects. He works well with employees at all levels of your business. 

Dan Drown provides environmental safety and health consulting services to a diverse global client group including Fortune 100 clients in the chemical, pharmaceutical, biotech, water treatment, power generation, oil & gas and petrochemical sectors. He also works with medium-sized and smaller businesses including craft brewers.  He is frequently a speaker at professional conferences and has participated in their planning.

With a degree in Public Health and minors in Chemistry and Spanish from Utah State University, Dan Drown earned certifications as a comprehensive practitioner from the American Board of Industrial Hygiene  (Certified Industrial Hygienist--CIH) and the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (Certified Safety Pprofessional--CSP). 

Prior to consulting he worked in multi-national roles in the chemical industry and was the Global Senior Manager of Environmental Health and Safety for a specialty chemical company with 10 plants in Asia, Europe, the U.S. and South America. His outgoing personality and interest in cultural diversity and language were natural compliments to this assignment. He also provided EHS input to many multi-million dollar capital projects and plant acquisitions/expansion during years of international travel and work.
